1. How can I become more natural in front of the camera and be confident?

   The short answer is you need to enjoy the moment, bit of practice and you knowing your photographer.

   Things that Photographer can do to bring out the emotion:

   • I highly recommend a pre-wedding or Engagement shoot to know your photographer, get comfortable showing your emotions, and practice posing. This also helps you understand if you like the style of his/her photography. Once you are comfortable with the photographer, your focus shifts towards enjoying time with your partner and posing becomes natural. This helps me capture beautiful candid moments and naturally posed pictures.
   • I will give you some prompts to do. So I can capture moments of you having fun and not just directions with posing!
   • I am also very easygoing.. so feel free to do something spontaneous and let me know your suggestions and ideas to create and capture something you love!
   • I will be waiting and keeping my eyes and lens open for anything spontaneous or intimate!

2. Do we get all the raw photos as well as the edited ones?
   • Thats a big NO... and the reason why is - a raw file is not my finished photograph, taking a photograph is the easy part, but the editing process is where the magic begins.
   • Secondly, RAW files are too big in size to share.
   • Thirdly, every picture needs to meet certain standards for it to be eidted and handed to the clients.

   Therefore, you will only receive JPEG Images.

3. We like your photography and would Like to book. How do we proceed?
   • Firstly, Let's confirm on the package you prefer.
   • We can talk about pre-wedding shoot or a meet up or if you are too busy, at least a zoom call to get to know each other and to listen to your ideas and expectations.
   • Then I will send you the contract document that shows you the package, policies and booking fee. This document contains the entire understanding between the Clients and the Photographer.
   • Booking Fee is 50% of the amount agreed, with the balance of the amount agreed due 30 days before the day of the wedding. Your dates will not be held until booking fee has been paid.
4. Marketing and copyright of the Images.
   • You will own the copyright of all images once its been paid.
   • Even when you own the images, You agree to assign “usage rights” to photographer for the use of any of your images for promotional and marketing purposes, and/or for entry by our photographers into professional photography competitions etc.
   • You agree that photographer may share your images with venues, vendors, social media and partners for promotional and marketing purposes.
5. Check venue/location rules and permits.
   • Note the Photographer are sometimes limited by rules imposed by registrars, ministers and venue management as to what can and cannot be done. For example some ministers insist that no flash photography is allowed, and others will insist that the Photographer shoot from a specific location. In such circumstances the Clients agree to accept the technical limitations that may be imposed on the equipment used. The Photographer advises the Clients to make themselves aware of the rules of the venue concerned and if necessary negotiate with the personnel concerned.
   • Any additional costs required, such as permits to photograph in national parks, on beaches or any other public places that require permits, if any, are the responsibility of the client. It is also your responsibility to obtain any permits prior to the Wedding date and provide the photographer with a copy of any relevant documentation if needed.
6. Postpone and Cancellations
   • In order to postpone for reasons such as heavy rain fall or sickness, send me an email and we can find a date or an indoor venue that works for both of us.
   • In the event of the Clients cancelling the wedding for whatever reason the booking fee is non-refundable. It will be considered as liquidated damages to the Photographer.
7. How long will it take to receive the images and photobook for weddings?
   • Photobook will take up to 6 weeks after the date of wedding.
   • Within couple of days, I will send you some images to post on social media or to share with your family. The whole image gallery will be sent to you in a USB with in 4 weeks after the date of wedding.
8. How long will it take to receive the images for couples, engagement and portrait photoshoots? Could I have a photobook for my photoshoot?
   • I will send you the agreed number of edited JPEG images within 3 days through WeTransfer or google drive website.
     You are more than welcome to add photobook to any package, and I will personally curate a beautful image gallery for your photobook.
